About

I graduated from the Gdynia Maritime University in 2001 and extended my education as a postgraduate research student at the Cork Institute of Technology. In 2004 I returned to the marine business working for a classification society, climbing the career ladder from trainee to vice manager and plan approval coordinator for new shipbuilding.

That experience produced a number of engineering papers published at conferences and in scientific magazines. I am authorised by the Polish government as a marine accident investigation expert. For the last 15 years I have provided services for Dynamically Positioned vessels — over 100 vessel inspections, DP FMEAs for closed and open bus, and various gap analyses. In 2020 I was certified by IMCA as a DP Trials and Assurance Practitioner (cert. no. 10135).

I currently work for Noble Corporation as a DP consultant for the Houston office, and in May 2026 founded DPFMEA.com, delivering DP FMEA studies, proving trials and gap analysis for DP2/DP3 vessels.
